This option allows you to set a response e-mail message (away message) to be sent back to anyone who sends you e-mail. The most common use of this function is to let people know that you are unable to respond promptly to their e-mail. (out of the office, away on holidays etc)

This option allows you to forward any e-mails sent to your address onto another e-mail address. E-mails are forwarded onto the the e-mail address you specify but a copy of the e-mail is also kept in your own mailbox.

This option switches off either the e-mail away message and/or the e-mail forwarding you have set.

This options shows the current users that either have away messages or forwarding set.
